In order to foster future innovation, WISE needs fresh thinkers, new ideas and a paradigm shift to drive growth across the whole country. Women are integral as innovators and as members of creative teams to solve these challenges. The WISE Conference 2018 is a call to action to ensure women are part of the solution and to empower organisations to increase the number of women in positions of influence. We aim to stimulate, debate and elevate the participation of women as innovators and inventors in the UK.

WISE enables and energises people in business, industry and education to increase the participation, contribution and success of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM)
