This international Women's Day join over 320 techies at Women in Tech [Unfiltered], Manchester Tech Festival's newest conference that promises to be raw, authentic and unapologetically honest – with no topic out of bounds.

Focusing on leadership, we will be discussing the topics that matter most to our community including "Pet to Threat" "How going from Team Member to Manager is a career Change" and "Lonely at the top: How to forge connections as a woman leader"

We will also be leading interactive workshops and panels including "Where are all the Black Women in Tech?" "Leading whilst Menopausal" and "Fighting the system, the hidden world of navigating HR as a woman of colour".

Throughout the day, we will be opening the stage to allies, mentors and champions all dedicated to furthering the cause and offering ongoing support after the conference.

Finally you will have the chance to have your say – with our 99 second talks, where members of the audience will have the opportunity to speak about a topic of their choice for 99 seconds – perfect for those starting out in public speaking.

All tickets include refreshments throughout the day, lunch and entrance to the Women in Tech [Unfiltered] after party at DiSH MCR – an opportunity to build your network, meet our speakers or simply wind down after a full day of self-development.
