**Coronavirus advice – Study Safely
In line with Bolton University’s teaching-centric approach, practical access remains a key focus so all of our students will be allocated 12 hours of physical time on campus. In addition to the provision of social distancing, masks, gloves and hand sanitisers, we’re also offering all full-time students a bike so they can choose to avoid public transport and body temperatures will be scanned on entry to all buildings. Keyboard screens, social distanced library trolleys, a one-way system and digital learning will also be available.**
The University of Bolton is an ambitious place to study, with a focus on teaching quality and offering a great student experience. We were recently awarded the silver Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) award, recognising the excellent support and challenging environment on offer at Bolton. We offer traditional degree programmes such as Maths, Engineering and Law alongside innovative and emerging subjects, such as Special & Visual Effects, Motorsport Engineering and Dental Sciences. 2016 saw the Queen’s Specialist Building open and 2017 will see the National Centre for Motorsport Engineering and the Bolton Central open. And with plans for a new Student Village on the cards, the developments on campus are definitely putting your student experience first.
